CBD Mazar contains slightly less CBD than CBD Charlotte's Angel, but that doesn't make a big difference. CBD Mazar produces around 10-13% CBD, but the THC content is always less than 1%.
On average, CBD Mazar contains around 0.4-0.5% THC. This classifies this strain as “Cannabis-light”, a form of CBD-rich cannabis, which allows the flowers of this strain to be sold legally in some (European) countries.
This applies to Switzerland or Italy, for example. The THC content should be less than 1% or 0.6%. CBD Mazar is more indica dominant, resulting in a faster flowering time and more compact buds compared to CBD Charlotte’s Angel. Commercially very interesting, easy to manicure and high yield.

The goal was to create a more compact and faster-flowering CBD variant of our multi-award-winning Charlotte's Angel.
By passing on the indica properties to this medicinal strain, Dutch Passion has ensured that the flowering phase is 1 to 3 weeks shorter than CBD Charlotte's Angel, i.e. 8 weeks instead of 9 to 11 weeks. Outdoors it is usually ready to harvest in late September. Potential returns are generally in the “High” category. The buds are hard and firm.
The terpene profile leans toward the earthy, kush, and spicy end of the spectrum. Since this plant is very resinous, it can be used to make extracts and oils. The flowering time of CBD Mazar
CBD Mazar has an average flowering time of around 8 weeks. There are also phenotypes that can be a little faster, around 7.5 weeks, especially when grown indoors in perfect conditions. It is a potent hybrid cannabis strain with indica-dominant characteristics. The branches are thick and strong, the leaves broad and large, the flowers compact and firm. In addition, it has an excellent flower-to-leaf ratio.
It can also be grown in a greenhouse, but in temperate climates it will take until around late September or early/mid October to complete flowering. In the southern and warmer regions, CBD Mazar flowers earlier and is in most cases ready to harvest by mid/late September. She produces sticky, resinous buds both outdoors and indoors that look great and can grow quite compactly!
The yield of CBD Mazar
CBD Mazar is a medium to high yield plant. We gave her a crop rating of “L”, but she can definitely be considered an XL. In a good indoor grow she will yield on average around 400-500g/m2. In the hands of an expert, more is possible. Especially when growing in coconut or in a hydro system. CBD Mazar is best grown in a SOG setup.
However, it also thrives when grown naturally, perhaps using cultivation techniques such as: B. Topping and/or FIMing, Super Cropping etc. to give it a little more width. Outdoors (in a warm and dry climate) and in greenhouses, it can be grown both directly in the ground and in pots.
The yields here can be between around 250 g and 750 g per plant. Due to the compact, hard buds, it produces a higher yield than would normally be expected from a plant of this size.

This is a photoperiod cannabis strain that is available as a feminized seed and grows well both indoors under artificial light and in a greenhouse. This can be done in both a controlled and uncontrolled greenhouse.
However, as a hobby grower in more temperate climates, you must be careful when growing them in an uncontrolled greenhouse. It does not like high humidity, especially towards the end of flowering. Dehumidification is therefore strongly recommended. Outdoor growers in warmer and drier areas, such as those around the Mediterranean (or similar climates), can easily grow this strain.
For outdoor cultivation, a shelter that protects the plant from rain is strongly recommended. Some ventilation with a fan is also beneficial. It's best to keep the humidity well below 50% when growing indoors; around 35-40% is ideal during the late flowering phase.
