Dutch Passion Mokum’s Tulip® - 3 feminized seeds
Mokum's Tulip has managed to win several cannabis cups in a short time since its launch. This unique variety guarantees a very tasty end result. Mokum's Tulip is a typical gelato hybrid. Its aroma is spicy and can best be described as very sweet, creamy and fruity. This aroma and flavor explosion comes from a unique terpene profile that really makes the buds smell and taste like ice cream. Either forest fruit ice cream or more of a grapefruit/orange-like ice cream flavor. There is something for every taste. Those who like a real gelato variety will surely enjoy our Mokum's Tulip. This strain smokes and tastes exactly as it smells, very delicious! Mokum's Tulip grows and blooms quickly. Generally, the plants develop sturdy and thick trunks/branches, making them very suitable for a SOG setup or for growing naturally. The compact and heavy buds are well supported by these thick branches. Under the right conditions, phenotypes can be found that are ready in a maximum of 7-8 weeks. However, we generally recommend a flowering time between 56-63 days. Dutch Passion's head of genetics joined; On one of his trips he came across a very special gelato phenotype. The plant had a particularly sweet scent and beautiful blue tones in the leaves. The glittering buds were rock hard and the head of genetics was surprised by the rich flavor that matched the sweet, appealing aroma of the flowering plant. He knew immediately that these genetics would provide a good foundation for another exceptional Dutch Passion cross. Mokum’s Tulip is a world-class hybrid. The strong growth pattern combined with its robust and resilient plant structure ensures that the thick buds can develop quickly and well. And all in just 8 weeks! Most plants show a hybrid character in terms of plant/flower structure, leaning slightly towards the indica side. It is compact, with broad leaves, thick branches and round flowers. We recommend that you do not defoliate them too much and that you definitely do not break and/or bend them. The strong strains can make it difficult to use certain growing techniques such as LST (Low Stress Training) or HST (High Stress Training). In general, we strongly advise against 'supercropping', only the most experienced growers would dare to attempt it. Her strong stature makes her easy to grow and it is not necessary for beginners to master advanced growing techniques before cultivating this strain. During the flowering phase, the plants show an average elongation for a hybrid. Their internode distance is short to medium. Flowering hairs (pistils) develop quickly after the clock is turned to 12/12 flowering light conditions. Their buds are usually beautiful, round and very compact. The slightly larger and longer-flowering plants show buds with slightly more sativa characteristics and a very favorable flower-to-leaf ratio. In general, all phenotypes can be cut easily and quickly. Make sure to use gloves when cutting because all the buds are filled with resin and are really sticky! The genetics used for Mokum's Tulip guarantee the following characteristics: Mokum's Tulip is the perfect genie strain. It actually smells and tastes like ice cream! This cannabis hybrid strain guarantees a strong and potent high. Mokum's Tulip has a strong, long-lasting effect. It is a pleasure to smoke and will leave you feeling relaxed and less stressed. The bodystone is strong, this is a relaxing strain to round off a busy day. The head high is powerful and euphoric. This combination ensures that Mokum's Tulip is suitable for both day and evening. A delicious smoke you can enjoy all day long! The Mokum's Tulip is a fast-flowering plant with an average flowering time of around 8 weeks. This may vary from one phenotype to another. There are phenotypes that flower 1 week faster and others that take 1 week longer. View the trichomes at the end of the flower with a microscope to ensure they are fully mature and have the correct ratio of milky, cloudy, and amber trichomes. The strain will grow for approximately 2.5 weeks during the flowering phase, with the greatest stretch occurring in the first and second weeks of 12/12. The flower hairs begin to appear from the 2nd week of flowering. After about 4 weeks the plants will be full of round white buds, from this point onwards the plants will focus primarily on developing these buds. Mokum's Tulip produces a high yield combined with a very short flowering period. Due to its compactness, it is possible to achieve large yields, although the buds may be slightly smaller than the largest yielding plants in our collection. However, in the right hands and in the right growing environment, it can ensure an XL yield of the highest quality! On average, yields between 400-500g/m2 are possible. It does well in a SOG setup with many plants per m2 in slightly smaller pots (12L), but also with fewer plants per m2 in large pots (25-30L) and a longer growth phase. Outdoors, it grows into a strong, bushy plant that can carry a lot of weight. The most important tip we can give for outdoor cultivation is to ensure very high humidity because of the compactness of the buds. It grows best in drier, warmer climates where the pungent aroma can be smelled from afar. Mokum's Tulip is a plant that has quickly become very popular in the gardening community due to its pungent aroma and the excellent taste that the buds produce. If you want to maximize the quality of your results, we recommend applying the 'Blue Light Treatment' at the end of the flowering phase to achieve even higher production of terpenes. Another option is to leave the plants in the dark for a maximum of 2-3 days at the end of the flowering phase to give them a little more stress. This makes them even more resinous and sticky! Don't forget to water them. Even if the lights are turned off, they still use water every day.Why should I buy Mokum’s Tulip feminized seeds?
This strain offers unsurpassed quality in terms of aroma, taste and effect. A small percentage of plants may develop male flowers, which is most evident when the plants are under severe stress. It is advisable to check your plants thoroughly during the flowering period and act immediately before the male flowers open and pollinate the other plants.
