The sale of our products on the website www.adonhusa.de is only permitted to persons who have reached the legally required minimum age of 18 years.

The cannabis seeds sold through our website www.adonhusa.de are intended exclusively for legal use.
In some countries the germination and/or purchase of cannabis seeds is illegal. Adonhusa does not encourage anyone to break the law in their country. Adonhusa cannot be held responsible for the actions of people who purchase our cannabis seeds. Adonhusa can legally sell you cannabis seeds for use as souvenirs. 2. Offer, acceptance and order confirmation
By clicking the "Buy" button, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase the selected products.
The contract is concluded when Adonhusa accepts the customer's offer . Acceptance occurs through an order confirmation by email or by shipping the ordered goods.
Adonhusa confirms receipt of the order immediately by email. This order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the offer, but informs the customer that the order has been received.
3. Prices and payment conditions
All prices include VAT.
In the event of a pricing error, Adonhusa reserves the right to cancel the order or correct the price.
Payment of the purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract, but no later than within 7 days.
The delivered goods remain the property of Adonhusa until full payment has been made.
The customer can pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard), instant transfer, bank transfer and postal/cash payments.
4. Delivery conditions
Orders (Monday-Friday) placed through our online shop are ready for dispatch within 24 hours.
The delivery time varies depending on the shipping method and location; further information can be found under Shipping information.
The shipping costs for private customers with a goods value of €49 or more are covered by Adonhusa, unless specific shipping methods are specified in the order, such as express shipping. In addition, shipping costs may apply for orders below the minimum order value. You will be informed of the amount before placing the order and will receive further information under Ordering and Shipping. The shipping costs are displayed to the customer before completing the order process.

5. Right of withdrawal
The customer has a statutory right of withdrawal. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which the customer or a third party other than the carrier designated by him takes possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify us of his decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unambiguous declaration by post or email.
Any refunds will be made automatically in the same way as you originally paid.
6. Warranty and exclusion of liability
The statutory warranty rights apply.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if the order was generated by software, machine, crawler, spider or other automated web program or scripted behavior system or by using third party services used to place the order on your behalf.

3. Prices and payment conditions

All prices include VAT. The prices are valid at the time of the order. We reserve the right to change prices, but orders already placed are not affected. Shipping costs are not included in the price and are shown separately. If the delivery is made to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise for which we are not responsible, such as customs duties or taxes which you must pay.

In the event of an obvious and recognizable pricing error, Adonhusa reserves the right to cancel the order. An obvious pricing error occurs when the price indicated is significantly lower than the regular retail price and is easily recognizable as an error by an average customer. Pricing errors will be corrected immediately as soon as they are discovered. In the event of a pricing error, Adonhusa has the right to cancel the affected orders without the customer's consent. The customer will be informed of the cancellation immediately. Any payments already made will be refunded. If a customer has received an order due to a pricing error, Adonhusa is not obliged to deliver the cannabis seeds at the incorrect price. However, Adonhusa may offer the customer to purchase the cannabis seeds at the correct price, provided that this is significantly higher than the incorrect price. Adonhusa is not liable for any damage or loss caused by pricing errors, including lost profits or lost savings. Adonhusa will immediately inform customers affected by a pricing error and explain the situation to them. Adonhusa reserves the right to change and update these clauses on pricing errors in the Terms and Conditions at any time.

The shipping costs for private customers are covered by Adonhusa for goods worth 49€ or more, unless specific shipping methods are specified when ordering, such as express shipping. In addition, shipping costs may apply for orders below the minimum order value. The amount of the shipping costs depends on the delivery location and the weight or volume of the goods ordered. The shipping costs are displayed to the customer before completing the order process.

Shipping Provider: Goods are usually shipped with a reliable shipping provider such as DHL, Deutsche Post or another provider.

Non-delivery: In the event that a delivery cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be notified and a re-delivery will be arranged.
If delivery is unsuccessful, the goods will be returned to Adonhusa. In this case, the customer will be contacted again to arrange a new delivery. -
Partial deliveries: Adonhusa reserves the right to make partial deliveries if this is necessary for faster processing or due to stock levels. This does not incur any additional costs for the customer.

5. Right of withdrawal

Right of return: You can return the items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. Exceptions apply to products that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons or due to their nature.

Return instructions: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service by email or telephone. You will then receive all the necessary information and a return label, if applicable.

Return costs: The costs for returning the goods are usually borne by the customer, unless the item is faulty or the return is due to an error on our part.

Processing of returns: You must return or hand over the goods to Adonhusa immediately and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. As soon as we receive the returned items and Once we have verified the item, we will arrange an exchange or issue a refund to the original payment method used. Processing may take up to 14 days.

Refunds: Refunds will normally be made to the same means of payment used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. For payments made by bank transfer, we will need your banking details to process the refund. We may refuse to issue a refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence of having returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

Damaged or faulty goods: In the event of damaged or faulty items, we ask that you contact us immediately for a quick solution. In such cases, we will cover all additional shipping costs and either provide a replacement or refund you the purchase price in full.

6. Warranty and disclaimer

Complaints about defects:
a. The customer is obliged to check the delivered cannabis seeds for defects immediately after receipt.
b. If the customer discovers any defects, he is obliged to inform Adonhusa immediately and to describe the defects.

a. If there is a defect, the customer is entitled to a replacement delivery or a refund of the purchase price.
