Since the tragic loss of Franco Loja in early 2017, the world has been waiting for a strain dedicated to him.
The strain that would best represent Franco could only be his very last cross between two of his favorite plants: the multiple Cup winner Super Lemon Haze and the famous Exodus Cheese.
Green House Seed Co. donates the profits from the sale of Franco's Lemon Cheese to the Franco Loja Fund, which will finance his children's education.
Franco's Lemon Cheese has already won third place at the Spannabis Champions' Cup 2016 in the outdoor category (under the name SLEX).
The plant grows tall, with a strong main stem and long Ästen. It offers a mix of the stretchy structure of the Exodus, but with the greater compactness of the Super Lemon. The buds are round, medium sized. and rock hard, covered in resin like Super Lemon Haze, bright bright but with that extra skunky smell when you squeeze the buds. The branches may need support for the heavy buds.
Franco's Lemon Cheese produces very dense buds covered in resin. The smell is very lemony, with a hint of cheese in the background. When smoking, the taste of cheese becomes more and more dominant when you exhale. The effect is very strong, comes on quickly and leads to a very social and energizing high. The most potent terpenes are myrcene, linalool and D-limonene.
