For her christening, we combined the best of a pure Afghani Landrace from the 90s with a sweet, full-bodied cherry. The best of both worlds on the same plate, this is how the most outstanding recipes are created. One ingredient provides the long-established and authentic character and the other makes the subtle and perfect difference.
The result is 70% indica dominant and therefore resistant and easy to grow, with a special growth and good yield. The THC content reaches up to 19%, which is a considerable effect.
The Cherry Dream plant also looks beautiful. Its name comes from these dark green and red and sometimes even black lines that give it the appearance of small ripe fruits, in the purest style of the Japanese cherry blossom sakura. It is an elegant variety that also differs in appearance.
Cultivation of the Cherry Dream
For being a limited edition, this seed can be grown with quite ease and is equally suitable for a newbie or an expert who wants a delicacy in their garden. Its indica dominance makes the endeavor easier.
Indoors we recommend the SOG method, with the tallest plants at the edge, or a well-organized SCROG net. We can easily reach 450g per square meter, with a flowering period of 60 to 65 days. Apical topping or fimming will help you increase plant density in your grow.
The plant is robust and resistant, with a medium leaf node spacing and large and compact flower buds. Outdoors we can easily exceed a height of 1.5 m with normal basic fertilization. This way we will be able to harvest the best Cherry Dream flower buds. In the Northern Hemisphere, harvesting occurs in the last week of September or the first week of October. We have already seen yields of over 500 g per plant outdoors with this plant.
