Few marijuana growers do not know the benefits of the Critical (or Critical Mass) strain. Its distribution and numerous adaptations since its first appearance in the 1990s are so widespread that tracing back to the original seed is complicated. As a seed bank for feminized seeds, we wanted to take a leap to the forefront and dare to offer our own version, using all our experience and creativity. It took us five years to develop a 100% stable genetic combination with its own personality. The Kritikal K is one of our box office hits and we hope that it will continue to be so.
To live up to its name, our Critical version retains the basic characteristics of this strain: fast flowering, generous yield, easy cultivation, deep relaxation. We have managed to expand these benefits with a unique citrus taste with an earthy Skunk background and a new gentle euphoric perception. Step by step, it has become an indispensable marijuana seed, a starter that should be part of every good grower's CV.
Its identity is based on intensive research and crossing with a Northern Lights seed (Aurora Boreal) of the highest quality and productivity. This seed is a legend with almost 50 years of history and an almost mythological origin.
Cultivation of the critical K
The profitability of the Kritikal K couldn't be better. She has a record output. The flowering phase lasts about 50 - 55 days and results in really heavy flower buds that can even test the carrying capacity of the branches. Therefore, the recommended breeding method would be SOG (Sea of Green) or SCROG (Screen of Green) instead of a low-stress method.
Outdoor it can grow up to two meters high and deliver 800 g per square meter. Harvest can take place in mid-September (or even earlier if conditions are suitable, although we advise patience!). It is a very grateful plant that only requires basic care, probably no osmosis filters are needed for the water. However, we recommend adding nitrogen if we notice the leaves lightening.
Its development is also ideal indoors. Nevertheless, due to its compactness and density, it can suffer from moisture and mold. We just have to keep the humidity in the room under control and prune with caution.
There is one thing that you need to pay particular attention to when growing Kritikal K marijuana seeds. In the early stages of flowering, the plant can almost resemble a sativa, although it is a strain with 70% indica content. As it progresses, however, the magnificent flower buds and their bush-like appearance will dispel any doubts.
In general, the Kritikal K impresses with its uniformity and stability, delivering balanced and safe harvests.
Taste and effect of the Kritikal K
After Critical K has finished its flowering phase (which, as I said, is pretty quick), a fresh aroma of lemon sorbet begins to spread throughout the room. This is a direct legacy from her mother, the Northern Lights. There is also an earthy Skunk background with a particularly sweet taste.
The indica effect, after an initial feeling of mild euphoria, is clearly relaxing, soporific and profound. Because of this effect, this is the perfect feminized marijuana seed to unwind from the day's events and get a good night's sleep.
