Mother Earth ... In recent years, we have invested a lot in the research and development of new strains with medicinal qualities, and Durga Mata II CBD, which we developed together with the CBD Crew, is one of them.

We chose to use Durga Mata because it is one of our feminized strains that already has a strong reputation for producing large, resinous buds and provides a thick, fluffy, relaxing indica blanket for those who smoke it. Since the original Durga Mata was already considered a top choice for medical cannabis patients, we decided to expand its medicinal power even further.

Durga Mata II CBD has retained all the characteristics of the original. We welcome the fact that many medicinal users want to grow their own medicine for the first time and for this reason we decided to breed a strain that is solid and reliable, easy to grow and very forgiving for beginners.

Lineage

This strain is blessed with all the virtues of the original Durga Mata, but contains significantly less THC. It is a 1:1 strain (test results typically show a THC level of 5-9% and a CBD level of 8-12%) that was bred as a mix of Himalayan, Afghan and CBD-rich genetics. This plant was part of the first wave of more medically oriented cannabis strains, and we had the honor of working with the pioneers of the CBD Crew to develop it.

Smell and taste

This CBD-rich strain is based on a stable genetic foundation. The consumer benefits from the reduced THC content, but does not have to compromise on the rich aroma of the original Durga Mata strain. The smell combines an earthy note with a perfume-like essence, which has led to the taste being described as reminiscent of Turkish Delight.

Cultivation

Indoors : Durga Mata II CBD is a very reliable plant to grow and, just like the original, offers good performance when grown indoors, especially in a SOG (Sea of Green) setup. It develops a sturdy stem covered in flowers that is dripping with resin at the end of the flowering phase.

Outdoors : This strain also works very well for outdoor growers. It carries genes for pest resistance and also thrives in moderate climates and less sunny areas of the world (such as northern Europe and areas in North America), and of course it also performs well in southern regions.

Yield and appearance

In keeping with the original plant, Durga Mata II CBD has a bushy shape and a tendency to be striped with colors at harvest time. The buds are thick and compact with the crystal-like trichome shine of the original.
