We were looking for a very special sativa for the exclusive Tommy Chong’s ™ range, and with this strain we have definitely found it. L.A. Amnesia combines the genetics of the world-famous Dutch strain Amnesia Haze with a highly potent Kush strain. This heavenly strain has the city of Los Angeles in its name and truly fits the “City of Angels” perfectly…

Lineage

To fill the sativa part in our collaboration with Tommy Chong, we decided to fuse two classic strains together.

Amnesia sorte is a fruity, energizing strain whose genetic roots lie in Jamaica and South Asia; experienced cannabis enthusiasts need no introduction.

The Afghan Kush in this blend is a classic L.A. version of this strain, known for its resinous nature and citrus aroma.

In our breeding rooms, we then carried out sophisticated genetic work to produce a sativa with extra flavor and yield, to the delight of all cannabis growers.

Smell and taste

The Amnesia plants that emerge from L.A. Amnesia Cannabis Seeds produce a delicious aroma in the grow room, with a scent dominated by citrus and mango, thanks to a terpene profile rich in limonene and myrcene.

The dry aroma also has a spicy incense note, but the taste that lingers on the tongue is that of a very appealing, delicate citrus haze.

Cultivation

Difficulty level: Easy to medium

Indoors : L.A. Amnesia is a good choice for any indoor grow room and is suitable for both beginners and experienced professionals. Despite being a sativa, it doesn't stretch as much as other strains thanks to the Kush element.
This plant produces thick central buds, very large buds with a high flower to leaf ratio.
The trichomes are so heavy that they make the buds sparkle brighter than the stars on Hollywood Boulevard lets.

Outdoors: L.A. Amnesia also does well outside. In southern climes with plenty of warmth and light, it greedily stretches towards the sun and rewards the grower with fat yields of large buds.

It also thrives in northern areas of Eurasia and America, although its dense, large buds require regular mold control in the fall.

Yield and appearance

The side branches produce fat buds in abundance, which have a very dense, concrete-like hard consistency, while the trunk produces a bulbous, large head bud.

The resinous nature of this plant manifests itself in crystalline trichomes that make the buds sparkle like an L.A. disco ball.

Indoor yield: 600 g per m²
Outdoor yield: 1000 g per plant
