White Widow (IBL) an old school breeding, preserved and regenerated through selective inbreeding to retain the resin richness of the original, with even further increased quality.

An original classic… Original White Widow (IBL) is pure old school through and through. An explosive combination of sativa and hybrid genetics from Brazil and India that produces high yields and is powerfully potent. It is considered an absolute classic among weed varieties, 50:50 sativa/indica, and its popularity has remained unbroken over the years.

Back in 1996, we received a female clone, which we then combined with a carefully selected White Widow male. The result subsequently served as a consistent quality improving component for some of our hybrid varieties, and in 2012 we decided it was time to share the original variety in its purest form with the world.

Smell and taste

This old classic is packed with scent intensity and flavor, with a terpene profile that is a combination of pinene, limonene, myrcene, linalool and humulene - sweet, piney, earthy and buttery all hit the spot. The taste is a similar combination and quite unique.

Cultivation

Difficulty level: Easy

Indoors: You can expect from this strain all the characteristics that give this plant its excellent reputation for commercial suitability. It is a resilient plant and its growth pattern is very uniform; in the growth phase it becomes bushy and then stretches out in flower.

This strain is very suitable for SOG, SCROG, LST and other forms of plant training, making it ideal for growers with limited space. Its many side branches produce fat, richly trichome-covered tops.

A true gift for indoor growers thanks to her durability, ensuring easy control in the grow room and a harvest that will fill your basket after 8-9 weeks of flowering. An easy-to-grow strain, it is a good choice for both beginners and advanced growers.
