The lineage of Purple Mints is Purple Kush x Skunk #1 x Cookies. For the Kush x Skunk cross, a very specific phenotype was chosen for its very special terpene profile.

This was crossed with a selected Cookie specimen, which not only gives the whole thing something sweet, but also brings its very own effect into play.

Aroma and taste profile

Purple Mints' terpene profile is sure to impress the expert grower who appreciates the GrowRoom's unique cocktail of flavors and smells. Dried flowers smell like freshly baked banana bread, but if you rub the flowers between your fingers, be careful because the aroma ghosts are now lured out of the bottle and fill the room with stinky, fruity aromas that hang heavy in the air.

The initial taste of strawberries gives way to the sweetness of the banana. An aftertaste that is pleasantly long-lasting consists of mint, pine and eucalyptus notes with a hint of grass (fuel).

Purple Mints is a versatile and adaptable strain. With a classic Indica habit, the majority of her growth occurs in the vegetative phase. Paradise breeders recommend filling as much space as possible during the growing season. Pruning allows more light to reach the buds and accelerates flower growth and maturation. During the flowering period, this plant requires a lot of nutrients. It is also recommended to let them grow for the entire cycle to be rewarded with a rich harvest.

Outdoor cultivation::

Purple Mints easily reach their growth potential in Mediterranean and dry areas. As a bushy Indica, growers in cool and humid areas are more likely to encounter mold, but due to its Skunk ancestry and early maturity when grown outdoors, this Indica is better prepared for wet fall weather than many others.
