Right of withdrawal

Right of return: You can return the items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. Exceptions apply to products that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons or due to their nature.

Return instructions: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service by email or telephone. You will then receive all the necessary information and a return label, if applicable.

Return costs: The costs for returning the goods are usually borne by the customer, unless the item is faulty or the return is due to an error on our part.

Processing of returns: You must return or hand over the goods to Adonhusa immediately and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. As soon as we receive the returned items and Once we have verified the item, we will arrange an exchange or refund to the original payment method used. This may take up to 14 days to process.

Refunds: Refunds will usually be made to the same payment method used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. For payments made by bank transfer, we will need your bank details to process the refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence of having returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

Damaged or faulty goods: In the event of damaged or faulty items, we ask that you contact us immediately for a speedy solution. In such cases, we will cover all additional delivery costs and either provide a replacement or provide you with a full refund.
